We believe God has a plan for every person. Our mission is to give you the tools to discover that plan and live in the destiny God has for you.
Everything we’ll ever need was dealt with on the cross. Freedom from death, sickness, poverty and the power of the enemy
The Bible is God’s Word to us. Human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit, wrote it. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. Because God inspired it, it is the truth without any mixture of error.
2 Tim. 3:16; 2Pet 1:20, 21; 2 Tim 1:13; Psalm 119:105, 160; 12:6; Prov. 30:5
Our God is one, but manifested in three Persons -the Father,the Son, and the Holy Spirit,being coequal (Phil. 2:6).God the Father is greater than all; the Sender of the Word (Logos)and the Begetter (John 14:28; John 16:28; John 1:14). The Son is the Word flesh-covered, the One Begotten, and has existed with the Father from the beginning (John 1:1; John 1:18; John 1:14). The Holy Spirit proceeds forth from both the Father and the Son and is eternal (John 15:26).
His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious atoning death, bodily resurrection from the dead, ascension, and exaltation to the right hand of the Father. (Matt. 1:23; Heb. 1:3, 7:26; Acts 2:22; Matt. 28:6; 1 Cor. 15:3).
Man is a created being, made in the likeness and image of God, but through Adam’s transgression and fall,sin came into the world. “…all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God…” “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one.” Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was manifested to undo the work of the devil and gave His life and shed His blood to redeem and restore man back to God (Rom. 5:12; Rom. 3:23; 1 John 3:8).Salvation is the gift of God to man, separate from works and the law, and is made operative by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, producing works acceptable to God (Eph. 2:8).
Salvation is God’s free gift to us but we must accept it. We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God’s offer of forgiveness can anyone be saved from sin’s penalty. When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith, we are saved. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his life by faith. Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:8, 9; John 14:6; 1:12;
The church is representative of Christ’s body. It has a two-fold purpose of ministry and evangelism. The evangelism of the world and the edifying of the body, which is the church. It’s God-ordained rituals are water baptism by immersion (different from Baby Dedication), and partaking of the Lord’s Supper (Communion). Mark 16:15,20; Eph. 4:11, Matt. 28:19, John 6:48, 51, 53-57; 1Cor. 11:26; Luke 2:22
The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son of God. He is present in the world to make us aware of our need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with sanctifying power for living, understanding spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. He gives every believer a spiritual gift and the evidence of speaking in other tongues. As Christians, we seek to live under his control daily. 2 Cor. 3:17; John 16:7–13; 14:16, 17; Acts 1:8; 2:4; 10:44-46; 19:6, 1 Cor. 2:12; 3:16; Eph. 1:13; 5:18 , Gal. 5:25; Heb. 12:14, 1Pet.1: 15,16
The Bible teaches that without holiness no man can see the Lord. The power of the Holy Spirit enables a believer to live a holy life. We believe in the Doctrine of Sanctification as a definite, yet progressive work of grace, commencing at the time of the new birth and continuing until Jesus’ return (Heb.12:14; 1 Thess. 5:23; 2 Peter 3:18; 2 Cor.3:18;Phil. 3:12-14; 1 Cor.1:30).
Healing is provided for all believers because of the work that Jesus Christ did on the cross on our behalf, and it is the privilege of every member of the Church today (James 5:14,15; Mark 16:18;Isa. 53:4,5; Matt. 8:17; 1 Peter 2:24).
The angels said to Jesus’ disciples,”…this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.” His coming is imminent. When He comes, “…the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air….” (Acts 1:11; 1 Thess.4:16,17).
