One of our three Core Values is Outreach and Missions. We believe it starts at home and then we work our way out to the “ends of the earth”! This is a list of the current Outreach and Missions organizations that we support.
O’Dell Ministries, led by Jerry, Marilyn, and Chris O’Dell are passionate about reaching the nations with the Gospel, with active ministry efforts in Pakistan, India, and Honduras. Their work includes organizing evangelistic crusades, supporting local outreach, and investing in long-term discipleship through the Bible Schools in Honduras.
The O’Dells partner with local ministries on the ground to help carry out the mission effectively. Even when travel is restricted due to COVID-19, VISA delays, or other circumstances, they remain committed—sending financial support to their partners in Pakistan and beyond to ensure the work continues without interruption.
Plymouth Crossroads, led by Jen MCAndrew, is a faith-driven, not-for-profit organization that serves disconnected, abused, and homeless young men ages 16–20. In a safe, welcoming environment, they provide compassionate care and one-on-one guidance to help each resident design a personal path toward a stable, independent future.
Their transitional living program is offered at no cost to the youth and includes support in education, job readiness and placement, and essential life skills. Through structured mentorship and a strong support network, Plymouth Crossroads empowers young men to rise above their circumstances and thrive.
Set Free, led by Al and Deb Warner, is a ministry that engages with business leaders, government officials, educators, and pastors across Western New York. Through intentional relationship-building, they remain a vital catalyst for spiritual and community transformation.
Their mission centers on connecting and networking community leaders and pastors, and strengthening these partnerships. In addition to his leadership role, Al Warner also serves as Chaplain to the Buffalo Common Council and five local businesses, offering spiritual support and guidance in the public and private sectors.
We R Buffalo Strong, Led by Evette Phillips, this outreach is committed to serving homeless men, women, and veterans throughout Buffalo. Each month, our Food Pantry partners with We R Buffalo Strong to supply food and essentials to those in need.
In addition to providing groceries, volunteers from our team also head out into the community to serve hot meals and offer encouragement to individuals facing difficult circumstances. Together, we’re making a tangible difference—one meal, one person, one act of kindness at a time.
Timothy Alianello is currently serving in Japan. There are 1,200 East Asian Unreached People Groups. OMF supports the growth of the East Asian church, serve its communities and take the good news of Jesus to people that have not heard it.
